Stay in the charming Bishop’s House in Musanze, then head south to Nyungwe National Park, a haven for chimpanzee tracking and canopy walks above ancient rainforests. Conclude your safari in Kigali, Rwanda’s vibrant capital, exploring the city’s bustling markets, poignant genocide memorials, and lively cafés, all while reflecting on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure through some of Africa’s most extraordinary landscapes and wildlife sanctuaries.

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by one of our experienced safari guides who will transfer you to your Hotel for the rest of the day and overnight. At check-in, you will be briefed about your safari and what to expect, the safari do’s and don’ts. Overnight at Kigali Serena Hotel, Superior. Bed and Breakfast
Morning breakfast at your Hotel in Kigali and set out for a half-day Kigali city tour. The tour is inclusive of a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial Site and Museum, Nyamata Genocide Church, local markets, and so on. Later have Lunch and then depart for Volcanoes National Park. Overnight at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel on Full Board basis, standard room. The next morning, have Breakfast at your lodge and transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing about the Gorilla trekking activity. After the briefing from the Park rangers, you will be allocated your Gorilla family and then head into the forest to search for the gentle jungle giants. Head back to your hotel in the evening.
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of the country’s best wildlife National parks with over 600 bird species, mammals like Lions, Leopards, elephants, buffaloes and so many others. Early morning breakfast at your lodge and embark on your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park en route stopover for lunch and a game drive in Ishasha. Look out for tree-climbing lions and other wildlife animals such as Leopards, Buffalos, Elephants, Antelopes, Warthogs, Waterbucks, and Bushbucks, end the day with a sundowner with drinks. Overnight stay at Elephant Plain lodge on Full Board.The following morning have a game drive and boat ride along the Kazinga channel.The channel connects Lake Edward and Lake George. The channel is home to one of Africa’s largest hippo populations and bird species. This 3hrs boat cruise will enrich you with views of the water-loving animals such as Hippos, Elephants, Buffalos, Crocodiles, and other antelopes as we as bird species. Return to your Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay
After your morning breakfast, visit the Kasenda craters. Take a short hike to the ‘Top of the World’ viewpoint, where you can see a lot of the small crater lakes within this region. Proceed and also visit the spectacular Lake Nyinambuga from which the lake shown on the 20.000 Uganda shilling note was depicted. Continue to Kibale National Park. Overnight stay on Full Board basis at Primates lodge , Kibale.The following Morning, after your breakfast, set out for a half-day Chimpanzee tracking experience. You will be transferred to the park headquarters at Kanyanchu for a 30-40 mins briefing and get to know more about the chimpanzees and their ways of living within the forest. After this, you will then embark on your journey to search for these primates through the forest. On spotting the chimps, you are only given one Hour to be with them as you take videos and pictures. Along the way, other primate species can be spotted such as the LHoest’s Monkeys, Red-tailed Monkeys, Blue Vervet Monkeys, and Black & White colobus Monkeys among others. Other animals that can be seen are Forest Elephants, Buffalos, and a lot of bird species. After the tracking, return to your Lodge for Lunch and Evening visit to the Bigodi swamp for a nature walk
Early morning have your breakfast at the lodge and depart for Murchison falls National Park. The Journey will take you through the Western Rift Valley’s Albertine Escarpment as well as the green countryside and traditional homesteads of the local people within the Bunyoro and Toro Kingdoms. You will have your lunch along the way as it’s a long drive of approx. 5-6 hrs drive. Reach at your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Paraa Safari Lodge. Full Board. The next morning, go on a morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. After Lunch, set out for the afternoon launch cruise to the bottom of the falls along the Victoria Nile. After the cruise, return to your Lodge for dinner and overnight stay
Morning breakfast and visit the top of the falls for a clear and magnificent view of the water forcing itself through a 7-meter gorge and dropping to over 43 meters below with a thunderous roar, hence forming a beautiful rainbow. Proceed with your journey and have another stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Upon arrival at the sanctuary, enjoy a 1-2 hrs walk as you track the Rhinos. This is the only place where one can see these in the wild. Lunch and later continue with your journey to Entebbe, passing via the famous Luweero Triangle. You will arrive in Entebbe during evening hours. Connect with your departure flight back home/next destination.
