Rwanda
Rwanda is a densely populated, landlocked country in east-central Africa. Its neighbors are Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Rwanda is mountainous, with grassy uplands, steep hills, and deep valleys. Most people live in rural areas.The point of entry is Kigali International Airport. Often referred to as the "Land of a Thousand Hills," the country is also known for the Mountain Gorillas in the Virunga Mountains and the Big Five game in Akagera National Park. Akagera National Park is a protected area in eastern Rwanda with an approximate area of 1,122 km² (433 sq mi) along the international border with Tanzania. It is comprised of savannah, montane, and swamp habitats. The park has diverse fauna and flora species like buffaloes, antelopes (including the eland, topi, and bushbuck), giraffes, monkeys, savannah birds, civets, leopards, hyenas, as well as the serval cat.Another point of attraction is Nyungwe Forest National Park, which is located in southwestern Rwanda, near the border with Burundi. It’s one of the best-preserved montane rainforests in Central Africa.The major attraction in Rwanda is the Mountain Gorillas in Volcanoes National Park in the Virunga Mountains. With an approximate area of about 140 km², the Volcanoes National Park is part of the greater Virunga Volcano Conservation Region, spanning Virunga National Park in Congo and Mgahinga National Park in Uganda. The park was initially a small area around Karisimbi, Mikeno, and Visoke volcanoes, which was gazetted to protect the Mountain Gorillas from poaching. Mozambique
Lying on the Indian Ocean coastline, Mozambique is a southern African nation with pristine beaches like Tofo, as well as offshore marine parks. In the Quirimbas Archipelago, a 250km stretch of coral islands, mangrove-covered Ibo Island has colonial-era ruins surviving from a period of Portuguese rule. The Bazaruto Archipelago farther south has reefs which protect rare marine life including dugongs. It is arguably one the best destinations in the world for scuba diving and game fishing, with its colourful and well-preserved coral reefs and clear warm waters that attract plenty of snorkellers and honeymooners. Zambia
Zambia is a landlocked country in southern Africa, bordering Zimbabwe, and is famed for the mighty Victoria Falls—indigenously called Mosi-oa-Tunya, or "The Smoke That Thunders." The falls plunge a misty 108 meters into the narrow Batoka Gorge. Spanning the Zambezi River just below the falls is the Victoria Falls Bridge, a spectacular viewpoint.Victoria Falls, located on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, is one of the world’s largest waterfalls, with a width of 1,708 meters. The area provides habitat for several unique species of plants and animals. Zambia is also home to game reserves that offer pristine sanctuary to a wide variety of wildlife, boasting some of the best game-viewing opportunities in the world.Among its famous national parks is Kafue National Park, which covers a massive area in western Zambia. Known for its abundant wildlife and the Kafue River running north to south, the park features the fertile Busanga Plains in the north.
